A one hour service where I will perform a general deep tissue massage. I will be using targeted techniques throughout to remove areas of tightness. You can ask for specific areas to be focused on if desired. (I.e. If you wanted more focus on your legs etc.)

This is an hour and a half service where you will get exactly the same as the hour long deep tissue massage however you will get an extra thirty mintues of hands on massage.

I will provide a specific treatment to target an injury or area of tightness. (I.e. If you were experiencing pain in your shoulder) I would find the exact point and just target that area to sort the specific issue.
